Take a step back into the 18th century for a fascinating talk about chocolate and its delicious history with author Judy Polinsky.
As a culinary historian, Judy looks at the world and particularly the garden as a source of food and drink. She has taught culinary programs on 18th century food and drink for the Ronald Reagan Library and Museum, the Huntington Library, and various other venues. Judy was a contributing writer for The Oxford Universal Dictionary of American Food and Drink, and author of Delicious Rose Flavored Desserts published in 2015.
