About DANA: The Dana Adobe Cultural Center provides a unique platform to understand life in the California Rancho era and to appreciate and discover our connection with the stories of those who left their footprints on the land throughout time.
The Dana Adobe is the oldest home in San Luis Obispo County and a registered historical site. The Dana Adobe and the 130 acres of preserved land engage the visitor in the site’s ecological and cultural history and demonstrate how actions over time shape our future.

BellVia is an authentic Italian food kitchen company, produces small-batches of unique hand made high fiber pastas, stuffed ravioli, gluten free Italian delights.
They also sell freshly roasted Italian style coffee for the avid coffee lovers all located in the heart of San Luis Obispo, Ca.
Michael Auriemma, an Italian chef, teacher, and business owner of Bella Via lives on the Central Coast after growing up in Naples, Italy. He enjoys being an avid experimenter with all types of food. He loves to cook and is passionate about coffee and its culture. He named his brand Bella Via, because it reminds him of the memories from his youth in Naples Italy. He is fond of healthy Italian cuisine and runs the “Italian Mediterranean Diet” program at Cuesta College Community Programs. He often holds cooking events that teaches how to pair Italian food with wine, rather it be a traditional Italian recipe or a new creation he is amazing in the kitchen.

She is compassionate, real, organized and full of fun as she takes her client’s through a journey of relieving their stress and bringing joy to each and every event.
