During the Dana Adobe Cultural Center’s monthly trail walk, trained volunteers lead a group along the woodland trails that extend along the Rancho. Topics of discussion include wildflowers, plant and tree identification, natural history, and the cultural and land-use history of the Dana Adobe.
Participants should dress appropriately for the weather. Individuals should also wear sturdy shoes and bring water. Walks last 45 to 60 minutes, and are approximately one mile in length.
Guided trail walks occur on the second Sunday of every month at 1:30 pm. Walks will begin at the Dana Adobe Cultural Center and space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Walks are FREE, however, donations are appreciated.
