Rudy Stowell – President
Serving as the President of the DANA, Rudy and his wife Kat operate the Healing touch Day Spa. Rudy is very active in the community and has shown tremendous support of the DANA by attending events and B of S hearings to support the NEF project.
Marina Washburn – Executive Director
Alan Daurio – Past President
Now serving as Past President, Al has been on the DANA board since January 2006. Al has been a committed member of the DANA family. In addition to being a seasoned docent, Al has played a steadfast role in the continued development efforts of the DANA by leading concert and strategic planning, bylaws revision, speaking engagements and liaison to community groups.
Helen fell in love with the Ranch Nipomo Dana Adobe the first time she visited it in 2003. Helen is particularly interested in sharing the Rancho’s rich history and the natural beauty of the surrounding land. As a retired high school teacher, Helen is thrilled to continue her involvement with young people and education.
Brian Craig Kreowski – Past President
Currently serving as Past President, Brian joined the DANA Board of Directors in 2012. He has served as counsel for DANA and assisted in the Conoco-Phillips and related issues with ground contamination. In addition he advised the DANA during the competitive rounds of the CCHE process. Brian is a longtime local and enjoys time with wife Michelle and children Anna and Jacob.
Mary Mylan – Treasurer
Currently serving as treasurer for the DANA and branch manager for the local Rabobank, Mary uses her financial expertise when handling DANA’s financial assets and liabilities.
Roger Ridley – Secretary
Jeremy Moreno – President Elect
Serving as president elect, Jeremy is active in a number of local professional associations. Jeremy is also vice president and risk advisor at Tolman & Wiker Insurance Services. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Jeremy has an extensive background in finance, start up companies, construction, agriculture, marketing, technology, and sales.
Karen Zappia – Vice President
Along with serving as a Board member for DANA, Karen is also Vice President of Live Eyeware Inc. She also joined the Optical Women’s Association (OWA) in 2003 and became a Board of Director in 2008. Since 2011, she has served as the secretary/treasurer of OWA.
